Incredible Opportunity for a Young PhD Student at GIC-EFCATS PhD Winter School 2025

This week, I had the amazing opportunity to attend the GIC-EFCATS PhD Winter School 2025Catalyzing Sustainability in L’Aquila, Italy.

I’m incredibly honored to have received one of the 🏆 Best Poster Presentation awards, sponsored by the Royal Society of Chemistry, for my research on the use of single atoms on carbon nitride for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution.

A heartfelt thank you to Paolo Fornasiero, Štěpán Kment, Radek Zbořil, Michele Melchionna, and Priti Sharma for their invaluable support and mentorship throughout this project.

I’d also like to express my sincere gratitude to the SAN4Fuel project for providing me with the platform to present these exciting results.

The Winter School was a truly inspiring experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the lectures from leading scientists across various catalysis fields and had the privilege of connecting with so many talented individuals.
