RMA’s Exchanging Knowledge and Practices to Strengthen Research Support
RMA’s attending EARMA 2025,Madrid, Spain
For our team, the experience was highly valuable in three key areas:
- Exploring new digital approaches for supporting project implementation and communication
- Gaining insight into collaborative models that work well in international, interdisciplinary environments
- Reflecting on the expanding and increasingly strategic role of project coordination professionals in the research lifecycle
These insights directly support our ongoing effort to strengthen the infrastructure behind complex research initiatives—especially in areas that demand close coordination, strong networks, and a shared vision for long-term impact.
As part of the visit, we also participated in a dedicated round table session with experienced colleagues in the field. The discussion focused on actionable methods for managing joint projects across different research cultures and institutional settings. It also opened new possibilities for extending cooperation beyond our current activities.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to grow our perspective, learn from others, and reflect on how our own systems and practices can evolve. Investing in professional development and peer learning remains a key part of how we aim to enhance the effectiveness and reach of our research environment.
